Welcome to Lutheran Lenses!

Welcome to www.lutheranlenses.com! This blog site is by Lutherans, for Lutherans, and for anyone else who wants to learn about what their Lutheran friends (you know you have at least one!) might be thinking! The purpose of this blog is to discuss relevant topics that will help us to engage in conversation with our families, friends, neighbors and in our vocations. Additionally, topics are discussed that can help to strengthen our own faith. The whole point is that faith isn’t just for Sundays. We are each called to be Christ’s witnesses wherever we may live, work, and serve. This is a place where we can come together, learn from one another, and support one another in those callings.

Be sure to visit our “Lutheran Links” page to discover some great Lutheran resources including Lutheran businesses where you can purchase Bible study materials, books and gifts; visit other great Lutheran bloggers; and find easy-access and interactive versions of important Lutheran documents, like the Small Catechism.

Because this blog site is a work in progress with you in mind, we’d love to hear from you! What topics would you like to see addressed here? What have you always wanted to know about the Lutheran faith but have never asked? What events, trends, or cultural topics would you like to see addressed through Lutheran Lenses? For those of you who are not Lutheran, but have Lutheran friends, what is it that your Lutheran friends do (or don’t do) that you have always wondered about? Feel free to comment below or send an email to lutheranlenses@gmail.com.

We are always on the lookout for great guest authors and contributors. If you would like to write something to share with our readers, or, if you would like us to consider linking your blog or business to our site, please send an email to lutheranlenses@gmail.com.
